Hi there! I absolutely love cakes, pastries, and sweets in all their forms 😋 That’s probably why I became a pastry chef — to share this love with everyone around me. And now, I’m inviting you into our delicious world!
But on a more serious note — I have over 1 million followers on social media, thousands of students and clients using my molds across the globe, and I truly adore what I do!
WHY OUR MARATHON?
The marathon will be useful for both beginners and experienced confectioners. Don't be afraid to start — we will help you!
We have prepared very valuable material and deliberately set a low price so that everyone can participate and learn something new.
Our goal is to inspire new ideas, take you out of your comfort zone, and help you break out of your routine.
Frequently asked questions about the pastry marathon

The course lasts 3 weeks.
It is not necessary to replicate the design exactly and purchase molds; we will work with what we have. However, some items will still be required. YOU WILL NEED
- Scales, mixer, oven, refrigerator, freezer, spatulas, pastry bags, bowls, saucepans, knives, etc.
- Floral Geometry Cake - 16-20 cm diameter cake ring, Dinara Kasko silicone mold or any other mold
- Tart molds 7-20 cm in diameter, cream nozzles
- Ice cream - ice cream maker (or we can do without it, but you should understand that with the machine it will be easier, faster, and of higher quality)
There are two ways to participate in our marathon:
🧘🏻♂️ Viewer - 5 video lessons
You get access to all lessons, you can just watch, learn, and prepare in your free time. You do not have access to chats with participants and chefs.
⛹🏻♀️ Participant - 5 video lessons, assessment of your work, access to a closed group with chefs and participants, and the opportunity to win prizes. .
🔘 You have the right not to submit any assignment on time during the entire marathon or to resubmit one that was not accepted. This means that you can submit it later or redo it by the end of the marathon, but only once😉
🔘 We publish 2 lessons in the first and second weeks, and one in the third week. The food photography lesson is additional, without a specific assignment
🔘 The day after publication, the chef conducts a short live broadcast on their account and answers questions or records a video response.
🔘 You will have 2 weeks to complete the task
🔘 You need to recreate the product and post a photo/video on Instagram with a special hashtag
🔘 The work will be evaluated according to the following parameters: appearance, texture, cut, photo, video, creativity, timely submission, etc.
🔘 Evaluation without points – only «ACCEPTED» або «NOT ACCEPTED», we will write to you in the comments under the work
🔘 After the lesson, each chef selects the best work and awards a special prize
🔘 Participants who have completed all the tasks take part in the final lottery with prizes
🔘If you did not submit your assignment on time, it will not be counted and you will not participate in the lottery
It's not complicated, you'll see!
The marathon is designed for [beginners / intermediate level / professionals / everyone]. We explain all the processes step by step, so even without experience, you will be able to prepare all the recipes.
You can continue the marathon at your own pace. However, in order to receive feedback from your mentor and participate in the prize draw (if applicable), it is important to complete the tasks on time.
Yes, the lessons will remain on the Telegram channel.
For some recipes, you will need pectin, ice cream stabilizer, chocolate cream, etc. We have tried to adapt all recipes to readily available ingredients and use only the minimum required for confectionery. You will receive a complete list of necessary products and tools before the marathon begins.
